The Upskilling Program under the Skil Category, offered by FMSDC, is designed to equip young Malaysian graduates with cutting-edge skills and practical knowledge in Engineering and Technology. This program focuses on enhancing technical competencies and employability, preparing participants to excel in their chosen industries. Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive curriculum that includes hands-on training, industry-relevant projects, and expert mentorship, ensuring they stay ahead in a competitive job market.
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a Malaysian citizen and Bumiputera.

Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.

Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or Technology fields.

Minimum CGPA of 2.50.

Currently unemployed during the application and training period.

Must pass an assessment set by the skill center or Yayasan Peneraju.
